ADULT SERVICES:
On Monday, November 5, audiologist Melissa Dowsett, will be screening for hearing loss from 4-7 p.m. Register by calling Alexian Connects at 1-866-ALEXIAN (253-9426).
On Tuesday, November 6, The Morning Book Group will be meeting at 10:30 a.m. to discuss Wait Till Next Year by Doris Kearns Goodwin--a memoir of the historian's youth when an obsession with Baseball was a natural part of life and a way to bond with parents. YOUTH SERVICES:
Young Adults will be making an adorable Photo Cube [see examples at the Youth Services Desk] using discarded CD cases at the YA Craft Night on Thursday, November 8, from 6:30-8 p.m. Register online--there are some openings left.
Teams have until Friday to register--which includes signed parental permission--for the Battle of the Books. The Battles will start in January.
A reminder that a math tutor from Motorola will be in Youth Services on Thursdays from 6:30-7:30 p.m. The tutors will help with math problems for grades 4 through "13".
